F\u00f8rst en titt ut av vinduet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls src=\"https:\/\/kerstin-auf-reisen.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/IMG_4695.mp4\"><\/video><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">titt ut av vinduet<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Sj\u00f8en var ikke s\u00e5 grov som forventet, s\u00e5 jeg avtalte \u00e5 m\u00f8te Tommy. Vi er begge venner p\u00e5 Instagram og vi syntes det var morsomt at vi begge var p\u00e5 samme tur. Tommy er en profesjonell fotograf og viste meg mye og det var kjempeg\u00f8y. Vi satte f\u00f8rst opp LrC (Photoshop Lightroom Classic) p\u00e5 min Macbook sammen, og han ga meg noen triks og tips for kameraet mitt. Det var nesten ingen p\u00e5 skipet s\u00e5 tidlig. Vi satte opp til batteriet p\u00e5 Macbooken min var tomt og det var tid for frokost. Campingaktiviteten f\u00f8rte naturlig nok til sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5let om hvordan toalettene s\u00e5 ut. Det ville v\u00e6re 2 toaletter, men bare for v\u00e6sker . Det er imidlertid best \u00e5 bruke toalettet p\u00e5 skipet. En av grunnene til en utlodning er at bare et visst antall personer f\u00e5r lov til \u00e5 komme inn i Antarktis per dag, og skipet hadde rett og slett for mange passasjerer. Men det er ogs\u00e5 noen eldre passasjerer som ikke \u00f8nsket \u00e5 reise p\u00e5 utflukter. Jeg hadde meldt meg p\u00e5 alle utflukter bortsett fra kajakkturen. Min tanke var denne: Jeg hadde allerede tatt en vinterkajakktur i Trondheim og derfor meldte jeg meg ikke p\u00e5 denne. Antarktis er selvf\u00f8lgelig ikke Trondheim, men det jeg \u00f8nsket meg mest var campingen, etterfulgt av en fototur og trugetur og deretter science-b\u00e5ten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Midt i forelesningen ble jeg plutselig kvalm. Den sideveis sj\u00f8en var bare merkbar n\u00e5 og da. Jeg klarte \u00e5 h\u00f8re ferdig foredraget og gikk rett til kabinen min. Etter \u00e5 ha kastet opp og f\u00e5tt litt s\u00f8vn f\u00f8lte jeg meg fin igjen. For \u00e5 v\u00e6re p\u00e5 den sikre siden tok jeg en sj\u00f8sykepille. Men jeg var veldig sliten hele dagen. En liten tr\u00f8st var at halvparten av passasjerene f\u00f8lte det samme som meg. Jeg hadde hoppet over lunsj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e5 ettermiddagen m\u00e5tte vi st\u00f8vsuge alle kl\u00e6rne vi skulle ha p\u00e5 oss i Antarktis. Testing og bruk med gummist\u00f8vel var planlagt i morgen. Alt dette var for sikkerhets skyld og det var fortsatt regler for oppf\u00f8rsel p\u00e5 land.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kort f\u00f8r middag presenterte mannskapet og ekspedisjonsteamet seg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kapteinen presenterte mannskapet sitt. F\u00f8rste styrmann gjemte seg alltid bak kolonnen. Men p\u00e5 et tidspunkt tok jeg et bilde av ham.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kapteinen sa: &#8222;Jeg er ikke den viktigste mannen om bord.
